Moses is a mixed breed dog about 2 years old. His exact age is unknown because he is a rescue dog. His parents are Ken and Kristi Holley. They found him in an Arkansas campground during a snow and ice storm. Even as young as he was and with many issues he was well behaved, respectful and obedient. The attendant at the park said he had been there for weeks and no one had claimed him. He had been wandering in the wilderness, thus his name, Moses. He came to his forever home November 12, 2022. After many visits to the family veterinarian he is a healthy and happy dog today. His experience in Public Relations is part time meet and greet at Roco Tire & Service Center in Minden. He responds well on a leash, takes commands and never meets a stranger. His hobbies are riding in the John Deere to help feed the cattle, swimming in the pond and riding on the party barge. He has befriended an orphan calf, Gomer, and an elderly donkey, Festus. Moses favorite song is “You Have A Friend In Me”. He wants all abandoned animals to have a chance and hopes this campaign raises enough funds to build a new shelter for all in need. Moses would make an outstanding Mayor and would be a wonderful representative for the City of Minden. He would appreciate your vote.
